Samsung Experience Store 

The Samsung Experience Store is a hands-on retail space to explore Samsung’s latest products, get expert help, repairs,

and personalised services all in an immersive, innovative setting.

A2 Entrance Stand  

An eye-catching A2 entrance stand was strategically placed at the store entrance to draw customers in and highlight the latest phone launch and exclusive promotional offer.

Window Vinyl 

These Samsung window vinyls were designed to deliver bold, high-impact brand visibility within a retail environment. Executed in line with Samsung brand guidelines, the designs balance strong visual storytelling with clear messaging, transforming storefront windows into engaging, attention-grabbing touchpoints that reinforce brand presence at scale.

Mission Statement

Building on the momentum of the successful Galaxy S24 Series, Z Fold6, and Flip6 launches, this year’s challenge was to craft a bold, innovation-led strategy driven by creative marketing and streamlined execution, all aimed at elevating the debut of the Galaxy Z Flip7 and Fold7. A key goal was to engage customers early, building anticipation and excitement around the upcoming launch.

Spin the Wheel

An in-store activation designed to engage customers, where participants spun a prize wheel in exchange for their email, allowing us to notify them about the phone launch and offer exclusive discounts

Table Covers 

Bespoke table covers were used to conceal the new phones in the

lead-up to the official Unpacked launch, turning the display tables into a canvas of intrigue. The covered setups sparked curiosity among customers, prompting questions and speculation about what lay beneath.

Results  

Our solution was to generate pre-launch buzz with teaser assets that encouraged customer interaction while capturing valuable data. These insights allowed us to precisely target audiences with tailored messaging across the customer journey. The campaign spanned a mix of tactile print, dynamic digital content, and immersive video — activated across retail touchpoints, from large-scale window vinyls and in-store displays to digital screens and targeted email journeys. ​ Print: Large-format retail displays, window vinyls, in-store POS, and teaser cards Digital: In-store digital screens, animated banners, and personalised email journeys Video: Short-form motion graphics to highlight key features, designed for both in-store and social sharing

Designed as a compact, visually striking promotional tool that effectively showcases the Galaxy S25 Series. The layout balances

eye-catching imagery with clear, concise information to captivate and inform potential customers.

QR Signage

This A4 QR signage was designed as a clear, high-impact touchpoint to bridge physical and digital brand experiences. The layout prioritises clarity, scannability, and brand consistency, guiding users seamlessly from in-salon signage to the digital campaign while maintaining strong visual presence in a physical environment.
